Well, if I haven’t heard of a Google killer in the last few days… yes folks, it seems that everyone is out to “kill” Google… I thought killing was meant to be a bad thing? Instead of trying to “kill Google”, I think startups should consider a middle path… yes it is there somewhere… Anyway, Blekko seems to be one such candidate (well today anyway)

PLAXO for sale, going for gold… well a lot of people were annoyed with Plaxo – sending updates all the time, and I think a lot of people were put off by giving away too much info… but as 2008 is the year of the NET (wasn’t that 2005 too? Or even 2006?), who knows. Plaxo boasts 20m plus users and have raised over $28m in funding…

Okay, okay, calm down! 2008 is the year of the NET!!! Really! According to JP Morgan who released a 300 page plus bullish report for tech stocks… so 2008 is the year to get funded…

No one seems to be saying when the current tech bubble will burst… answers on a postcard! But given that Facebook is valued nearly as much as Ford motor company… you decide!
